If you're unsure of what to do next, let me help you get a game plan and teach you invaluable skills that will change your parenting forever.

My Story

When my son became addicted to heroin, I was panic-stricken. Getting him the help he needed was first priority, but it turned out we needed help as well.

Parenting teens in crisis isn't exactly intuitive. If you're worried and confused about what to do next or unsure of what your role is in their success, coaching could be a good match for you.

What worked in the past may not be the best moving forward. Let me help you get a new game plan and teach you invaluable skills I guarantee will help.

I began coaching adoptive parents in Oregon’s Foster to Adopt program 25 years ago and currently have a private practice coaching parents of teens and young adults.

In addition to my formal training, I have a wealth of knowledge and depth of understanding that comes from parenting 9 children, most adopted through the state system. I have firsthand experience with residential treatment, group homes, attachment disorder, drug addiction, incarceration, DUIs, adoption, ADHD, LGBTQIA, and varied learning abilities.
